"Royal Air Corps Military Service Biography: 


"Enlisted August 15, 1998 as a Private from Iwakuni Japan; (real life occupation United States Marine Corps Staff Sergeant). September 15, 1998 promoted to Corporal, and was added to a member of the Opposing Forces (OPFOR). September 30, 1998 promoted to Lieutenant when Command Team changed rank structure so all enlisted were now commissioned officers. As a Lieutenant he became the leader of the OPFOR. November 1, 1998 promoted to Captain and became a Training Officer. December 1, 1998 he became Flight Leader of 3rd Flight. February 1, 1999 he became the 3D Operations Officer. April 30, 1999 promoted to Major and became RAC Operations Officer. June 6, 1999 he moved to Beaufort South Carolina. August 1, 1999 promoted to GySgt in the United States Marine Corps. November 1, 1999 promoted to Lieutenant Colonel. July 6, 2000 became Executive Officer of RAC. Retired from RAC April 1, 2001 then reactivated September 1, 2001 as a Fighter Pilot."

 

Colonel Skeeter is one of the squadron's most distinguished pilots.  He is now retired.  Amongst his many achievements, he also supplied the squadron with its one and only female pilot in the form of his daughter, the illustrious Captain Rascal (see separate page).
